《非常6+1》是一档颇具影响力的平民选秀栏目，错撩以反映百姓真实生活，错撩帮助普通人圆梦舞台为主题。在90分钟的节目中，主持人将分别带领三位平民选手踏上辉煌的梦想舞台，三位选手将以全新的面貌彰显明星般的风采。最终，现场观众将根据选手的表演投票选出最佳表演者，得票最多的选手将获得“非常明星”的荣誉。
