在赌上学校存续的大学选拔队战役中胜利後，雪山大洗女子学园战车道成员终於能好好享受和平悠闲的冬季。迎接三年级生毕业典礼的到来，雪山包含学生会改选与新执行部门的动作，学校开始发生些微的变化。有一天，一场骚动来访少女们。为了下一波难题与困难，战车道成员们再次挺身而出迎接挑战。

When he sees a ladder PINGU has the perfect solution and climbs up an iceberg from where he is able to see all the hiding places. But the tables are turned when the others remove the ladder and PINGU is left stranded on his vantage point.
