在旅行社工作的合田圭子某天突然发现自己是艾滋病毒的携带者，战火经调查发现其学生时代的恋人早年在国外因事故输血感染艾滋病毒，战火并通过性爱传染给她。得知此事的记者津岛美幸赶来采访圭子，希望通过她的遭遇改变世人对艾滋病患者的偏见。

回复 :故事紧接着上一部展开。拉拉（陈东兰 Lana Condor 饰）和皮特（诺亚·森迪尼奥 Noah Centineo 饰）总算是互相坦白了感情走到了一起，他们两人都兴致勃勃的准备迎接在一起之后的第一个情人节的到来。对于这对初来乍到的小情侣来说，之后两人所要经历的一切对他们既是享受也是挑战，从来没有过类似经验的拉拉内心里难免充满了忐忑。基蒂（安娜·卡思卡特 Anna Cathcart 饰）、玛格特（贾娜尔·帕里希 Janel Parrish 饰）和新结识的伙伴斯托米（霍兰德·泰勒 Holland Taylor 饰）是拉拉最坚实的后盾，但拉拉有时候又会觉得疑惑，自己是不是过于依赖她们了呢？当约翰（乔丹·费舍 Jordan Fisher 饰）再度出现在拉拉的身边时，给她和皮特的感情带来了许多不确定因素。
