《美食中国》是以打造“以人文视角聚焦中华美食”的纪录片栏目。它传播中华饮食文化，线网擦亮中国美食名片。节目以系列化、线网主题化方式制作播出。每个系列围绕一个地域选取最富地方特色，具有典型性和代表性的美食策划制作五期节目，每期节目形成一个相对独立的主题，解读一种美食文化现象，重在体现不同地域饮食文化的独特性、时令性、创造性。播出时间：首播 周一至周五 18:00 重播 2：30；11：00
