半年前，亚洲踌躇满志的青年大根田真男（小池徹平 饰）进入黑井系统公司工作，亚洲他曾经中途退学窝在家中啃老，后自学编程并拿到相关国家资格证书，从此立志成为一名优秀的编程师。可是刚进公司的第一天，他便发现这里的气氛怪异非常。组长阿部道大（品川祐 饰）专横跋扈，不可一世，才能有限还经常推诿责任；其他同事要么态度冰冷，要么疲于奔命，要么圆滑处世；公司各项规章制度形同虚设。“莫非我进入了一家没有前途的黑公司？”上得贼船，脱身可就没那么简单了。真男迫不得已成为工作的奴隶，朝着承受的极限痛苦迈进……本片根据黑井勇人的同名原作改编。
