节目伊始，尿尿何炅从盲盒中跳出来，尿尿郎朗、萧敬腾、梁靖康、王勉、蔡程昱、钟汉良、杨迪等人给观众带来开场表演。游戏环节时，两队分别选择钟汉良、萧敬腾、王勉、张真源来进行挑战，陆续翻开数字中写着“空中飞轮”“士兵突击”“无影脚”等词语。随着大幕升起，“火线冲击”装置的出现，把大家拉回到23年前。何炅在现场大呼“起鸡皮疙瘩，回想起自己第一次代班主持《快乐大本营by:wap.qimiyingshi.net》。
