新游轮“白鲸号”豪富云集，婚姻正举行除夕联欢会，婚姻热闹非凡。女侍应Chrisy于客人中穿梭往来，船上保安由不苟言笑的红狼负责。突然一艘快艇靠近游轮，匪徒迅速登船与早在船上乔装的汤臣里应外合。凭借先进的武器和狠毒的令人心寒的手段，匪徒们很快就取得了全船的控制权，其目的是要夺取船上偷运的生产核弹的坏元素……

回复 :马戏团主任艾蒙多（里卡多·蒙特尔班 Ricardo Montalban 饰）收留并保护了一只孤苦无依的猩猩，取名凯撒（罗迪·麦克道尔 Roddy McDowall 饰）。在艾蒙多无微不至的关怀下，凯撒渐渐长大，它和“父亲”艾蒙多之间的关系十分亲密。一场病毒的肆虐让猫和狗在地球上绝迹了，失去了最忠诚的朋友们，需要动物们陪伴的人类将目光转向了和他们极为相像的猩猩，就这样，饲养猩猩当做宠物成为了新的时尚。然而，人类的残暴本性使得这些原本温顺善良的猩猩们生活苦不堪言，它们被折磨虐待，永远的失去了自由。终于，猩猩们决定不再忍耐，在凯撒的带领下，它们英勇起义，发誓定要推翻人类的压迫和统治。
