回复 :北泽尚（户田惠梨香 饰）是一名医生，在和同为医生的男友井原侑市（松冈昌宏 饰）恋爱数月后终于订婚准备携手步入婚姻的殿堂。在搬家的过程中，北泽尚结识了名为间宫真司（室毅 饰）的搬家公司工人。真司曾是一名小有名气的小说家，却半途放弃了小说事业，巧合的是，北泽尚曾经是真司的粉 丝。这命运般的邂逅让北泽尚渐渐发现，自己所拥有的竟然全都不是自己想要的。她毅然决然的取消了和男友的婚约，转而热烈的追求和自己地位相去甚远的真司。与此同时，北泽尚被确诊患有阿兹海默症，这也意味着，留给她和真司的时间越来越少了。
