回复 :与地球不同次元，名为“疫苗界”的地方是个和平稳定、四季如春的世界。某天，封印在那里的病毒大王“暗魔”逃了出来，往地球的方向逃亡。正为此事烦恼的疫苗界女神“玛雅”命令见习守护兽“麦丸”去追捕暗魔及暗魔所生出来的病毒。对于其他次元的事一无所知的地球中，有一位不怎么出名的新人偶像——中原小麦。她在池袋的一个会场工作时，奉命追逐病毒却反而被攻击受伤的麦丸从空中掉了下来。被小麦抱住的麦丸感受到了她爱的力量，于是将魔法手杖交给小麦，说明了事情原委。虽然小麦对这件突如其来的事情感到困惑，但是由于她单纯且对有困难的人无法见死不救的个性，便一口气答应下来…。于是，小麦除了担任魔法少女之外，还要从事偶像的工作，而学校也不能不去，小麦变成了一个大忙人。话说回来，她能够用爱的魔法拯救地球吗？收起
