一段以10年为期限的生命，美日一场以10年为倒数的爱情。 20岁的高林茉莉（小松菜奈 饰）因患罕见病被告知仅剩10年寿命，美日已经注定结局的命运，却因为在同窗会遇到真部和人（坂口健太郎 饰）而产生意外的插曲。爱情的眷恋、亲情的牵念、友情的羁绊……在余下的时光里，茉莉开始重新思索对待自己和世界的方式——如果生命只剩10年， 是否还会去做想做的事，去爱想爱的人？ 电影改编自同名小说，原作者小坂流加和主人公茉莉一样身患绝症，并于2017年2月文库本发行前夕离世。
