黄申林薇报社一行人为挽救即将倒闭的报社前往蟒山寻找新闻，佐藤结果遇到由梅婶饲养的巨型蛊蛇。期间报社成员几次遇袭，佐藤在危机时刻被神秘人千亦出手相救。但在蛊蛇的威逼下，一行人最终被困在了走不出去的迷雾森林。黄申在无数危险中带领大家克服困难，但团队人心散乱，大家各有私心，为了一己私欲单独行动的几个团队成员也相继自食恶果。 为了活命，黄申终于决定要反攻，但却受到梅婶阻拦而失败。 就在最后的紧要关头，一个神秘老人以笛声操控传说中的山林守护神腾蛇出现，腾蛇和蛊蛇大战，但最终却不敌蛊蛇几乎身亡。就在此时，山中开始下雨，电闪雷鸣，在闪电火花电光中腾蛇复生，将蛊蛇打死。最终神秘老人带着黄申林薇离开了山林。
